National Hypnosis was founded by Cynthia Chauvin Miles and Jon Miles. Focused on transformative personal experiences, National Hypnosis is a positive life outcome company.  We work with in-person hypnosis clients in the DC area including Alexandria, Fairfax, Oakton, Vienna, Chantilly, Manassas, Ashburn, Leesburg, Sterling, Cascades, Great Falls, McLean, Tysons Corner, Herndon, and Reston. Hypnosis and NLP are available via Zoom, Google Meet and Facetime.  Cynthia Chauvin Miles phone and video consultations available for U.S. and international clients.

Cynthia is an Intuitive Counselor and Certified Hypnotherapist. She is a member of IACT and trained with Ron Klein in NLP and Hypnotherapy as well as with Richard Bandler the inventor of neuro-linguistic programming.

She has read for over 10,000 people and performed hundreds of Hypnotherapy sessions for men, women, teens and even children.

Her clients are both local and as far away as Dubai.

Her books include "The Promise", "The 10 Ways" and the "Take Ten, Adult Timeout" series. She is also author of many hypnosis CDs including "Lucky You" and "Door of Transformation".

Prior to becoming an Author and Hypnotherapist Cynthia was the first women owner of a Tastee Donuts franchise in New Orleans at the age of 23.  She ran 2 stores with 43 employees operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week for 13 years.

Cynthia's is from the Mid-City area of New Orleans.

Her mother is 102.

Jon is a Certified Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner with over 800 hours of training in hypnotherapy and stage hypnosis. He was trained in Stage Hypnosis by Marc Savard.

He works with clients overcoming anxiety and stress, empowering them with strategies to live fully in our stressful world. 

Jon works with DC area clients and does hypnosis Zoom sessions with clients in places like Guanajuato, Mexico.

Jon understands pressure and has over 20 years experience in television for ABC Good Morning America, Fox News Special Report, CBS This Morning, NBC Meet The Press, Al Jazeera and PBS.  

Prior to television Jon ran a division of Robert DeNiro's Tribeca Film Center managing 50 employees with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Washington DC. 

Jon's father served in WW2 and was at Pearl Harbor.
